A. Fan art

 

Bonnivier Pranaja

​

Bonnivier Pranaja is a character from NIJISANJI, under ANYCOLOR Inc. and is therefore owned by them. Any fan art should follow the company's guidelines. You can share your creations with the hashtag #bonnivierart.

​

Regarding the sale of fan-made goods, kindly refer to Article 6 in ANYCOLOR's guidelines. We would like to remind that any official assets such as logos from ANYCOLOR or NIJISANJI should not appear in fan art.

​

Bonnita is the sexbent version of Bonnivier Pranaja, and although she is free for interpretation, any art depicting he should reflect Article 6 of the company guidelines as well. Her hashtag is #bonnitart.

Not safe for work content: For more than a year, Bonnivier gave no remark or discouraged NSFW content of him but in a stream that aired on 19 February 2022, he finally opened up about the topic and gave guidelines. As long as these rules are followed, he has no problem with fans depicting him in sensitive material:

1. NSFW art of him are not allowed in the main art tag #bonnivierart.

2. Do not make a tag for any of his NSFW art.

3. Do not tag him in any NSFW art.

4. Putting his name in the NSFW art is not allowed, but you can use the initials “BP” in the caption instead.

5. Selling NSFW fan art of Bonnivier Pranaja is forbidden, but commissioning an artist to make NSFW art of him is permitted.

Characters in Bonnivier Pranaja's lore

​

Other characters that are part of Bonnivier Pranaja's lore are not directly part of the company or are company assets. As such, the rules for these characters are up to the original designer or creator. By default, any fan art depicting these characters are allowed unless otherwise mentioned. Regarding sale as fan goods, the characters listed below are allowed to be included in an illustration, comic, or artbook with other characters as long as they are with (present day) Bonnivier Pranaja. Selling the characters alone or as themselves is not allowed.

1. Child Bonnivier (Bocil) -- Concept by Kyler Alzura and finalized by koactus. Originally made for fun then was later adopted by the liver as the actual design for his younger self.
    

2. Xavier Pranaja -- Bonnivier's younger brother and, as a character, is "owned" by the liver, but the character design itself was originally made as a gift for Bonnivier Pranaja by koactus. Bonnivier also participated in choosing Xavier's final design.
    

3. Siren -- a character that appeared in Bonnivier's new costume reveal, she coordinated with Angler as he finishes his dangerous mercenary mission that nearly cost his life. As of the moment Siren does not have a design and she is free for interpretation.

Characters in the Bonnito Community lore

​

The Bonnito is a representation of the Community and Bonnivier's fans, so please bear this in mind when depicting fan art. Any art related to the Community lore can use the hashtag #bonnitoart. The Bonnito can be sold as fan merchandise as long as the merchandise is not distributed as a wide-scale product without permission (and including contract) from all the original concept artists: Ton, Ghin, and koactus. The scale in which said merchandise will fall under "commercial-use" or "business activities" will be determined by the original concept artists based on sales price or the number of pieces sold.

Mang Cing is an original character and mascot in the Bonnito Community designed by koactus. Since Mang Cing is not known outside of the Bonnito community, context should be provided if he is featured in any fan work. In regards to sale, Mang Cing is allowed to be included as a "guest" or a cameo appearance in an illustration, comic, or artbook that features Bonnivier Pranaja and/or the Bonnitos. Any fan art depicting Mang Cing as the main subject or on his own cannot be made as profit, with the exception by the original creator.

B. Representation in the Community

​

We have provided a reference sheet for the Bonnitos to use in fan art. We discourage fans from modifying the design of the Bonnitos in any way, as the original purpose for the mascot's design is unity -- we want the fans to look exactly like each other so the Bonnito can be portrayed as 'anyone'. We want viewers to see the Bonnito fish and say, 'hey, it's me/us!'. Adding very unique features to the Bonnito will defeat its intended purpose. In the same way, the Bonnito is and will always be a fish in respect to Bonnivier's fan lore as well -- he is a fisherman, and he acknowledges his fans depicted as fish as seen in his YouTube Membership emotes.

C. Involvement in the Community lore

We are happy to see how invested the members are in the Community lore! However please keep in mind while we allow people to have fun and interact with the characters, we must respect the original story.

 

The Community's setting was shaped to fit in both Bonnivier Pranaja's lore and the way the Bonnito Discord fanserver was made for consistency. You can create other characters both in Bonnivier's lore and Bonnito lore but keep in mind they are unofficial or non-canon. For example, fans are free to make Bonnivier x OC/Self-insert fan art or fanfiction, and they can pair other livers with Bonnivier Pranaja, but this is all for fun and does not directly affect Bonnivier's story. In the same way you can create characters or self-inserts to interact with characters in the Bonnito Community lore like Mang Cing, but as stated earlier this is all for fun and does not directly affect the community lore or Mang Cing's story.
